Russ Biaggne, owner of Maid Brigade of Boise, is quite the outdoorsman. When he’s not spending time with his wife Laurie and their two children—Austin and Mackenzie—Russ enjoys skiing, playing softball and soccer, camping, hunting and fishing.
A native of Boise, Russ originally got into the cleaning business on the commercial side. When Maid Brigade of Boise came up for sale in 2001 he seized the opportunity to get into residential cleaning. Russ’ office has been a model franchise ever since! In fact, Maid Brigade of Boise was the original green cleaning office. Russ brought the idea to Home Office and we quickly saw the benefits for Maid Brigade customers and employees.
Apart from being the first green cleaning office, Maid Brigade of Boise should also be proud of their employee retention rates. Russ must be a great boss (not that we find that surprising!) because all of his employees have been with the company for at least three years!
The Biaggne’s office is plays a big role in the Boise community, participating in several local organizations. Maid Brigade of Boise sponsors FC Nova, a local soccer club with over 2,000 members ages 4-18, as well as Women’s Fitness Celebration, the country’s largest, women’s only race/walk event. Russ’s office has also provided support for Camp Rainbow Gold, a get-away for kids who have been diagnosed with cancer.
