Maid Brigade Opens in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS—Maid Brigade, the leading North American cleaning franchise, has announced the sale of its newest franchise location in St. Louis, Mo. Owned by St. Louis natives Matthew and Mary Kinsella, Maid Brigade of St. Louis will offer green cleaning services to customers in all of St. Louis County beginning July 1.

“We invested in Maid Brigade because of its track record as a successful franchisor and the level of support it provides its new franchisees,” says Matthew Kinsella, co-owner of Maid Brigade of St. Louis. “The training offered is by actual franchisees instead of corporate employees. This makes a huge difference when getting started and getting through the first year of business. This is the kind of support a new franchisee can count on.”

Prior to purchasing a Maid Brigade franchise, Matthew worked in the construction industry for more than 30 years as an executive in various local and international companies. A current franchise consultant, Matthew will continue to assist others looking to start their own business as he and Mary manage their new Maid Brigade. Mary previously owned a consulting business. Now empty nesters, the couple moved back to their hometown of St. Louis and sought out business opportunities where they could work together.

“Because of my familiarity with the franchise industry, I carefully investigated several franchise models before we selected Maid Brigade,” says Matthew. “Alongside the company history and support, it was Maid Brigade’s commitment to healthy household cleaning that was a real selling point for us.”

Maid Brigade of St. Louis will serve all of St. Louis County including Ballwin, Brentwood, Chesterfield, Clayton, Creve Coeur, Des Peres, Frontenac, Glendale, Kirkwood, Ladue, Manchester, Olivette, Rock Hill, Town and Country, and Webster Groves.
