We communicate directly with our customers via phone or email, whichever you prefer, and discuss any necessary details regarding your home cleaning before we arrive. Who Will Be Cleaning My House?

Our team members meet strict hiring and training standards as well as undergo a background check. They are insured, bonded, uniformed and driving company vehicles. We will never send anyone to your home that does not have a Maid Brigade logo on their shirt or apron.

How Soon Can I Get On The Schedule?

Once you complete an online estimate, we will reach out to discuss your cleaning and finalize any details regarding your home. We also have a representative come out and meet with you to walk through your home so we can understand what your expectations will be going forward to maintain your home.

Can I Customize My Cleaning?

Yes, absolutely! A regular cleaning is a detail cleaning to help maintain your home, however, we do have many special services that are not included but can be scheduled for an additional fee. We can provide you a separate list of our additional services. If there are additional rooms, or the inside of your refrigerator or oven, or if you want your baseboards washed, just give us a call and we can tell you what the additional fee would be, and then add it to your next scheduled service. This will ensure the team is aware of your requests.

Do I Need To Be Home For The Cleaning?

You are not required to be home for your cleaning. Typically we will arrive between 8:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m., however, we can give you a 30-minute heads up call or text so you can go about your business and don’t have to sit around waiting on us.

Do I Need To Provide Cleaning Supplies?

No. Maid Brigade comes to your home fully equipped and ready to go. We use Green Seal Certified cleaning solutions; we do not use caustic chemicals such as acids, alkalis, or bleaches. Our Exclusive Green Cleaning System uses allergy-free and anti-bacterial microfiber cloths and mops. Our HEPA-filtered vacuums are certified through the Carpet and Rug Institutes Green Label program.

However, if you'd like for us to use your supplies or equipment we can do so. If this is the case, we do ask that you provide the cleaning cloths or mops to use with these products. Also, our insurance will not cover any damage cause by products that we do not provide or are trained to use.

What Is Included In My Cleaning?

Everyone’s expectations with what they feel should be included in their cleaning varies from customer to customer.It’s important that you communicate your expectations to our office staff so that we may keep your individual cleaning record up to date.

What If I Am Not Satisfied With My Cleaning?

We guarantee our service so just give us a call within 24 hours and well will return and correct any area you are not satisfied with. We will work towards making the situation right and appreciate you letting us make any necessary corrections.
