LOS ANGELES—Dennis Dwyer, owner of Maid Brigade of the South Bay of LA, was named as the Maid Brigade “Franchisee of the Year” during the house cleaning franchisor’s annual convention held July 20 in New Orleans. The local company was also presented with the “Top Gun” award for its impressive growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention rates throughout the franchise organization. Additionally, Maid Brigade of the South Bay of LA was honored with the “Blue Angel” award for the top performance in its territory level.

“Dennis is a franchisee we are honored to have on our team,” says Bart Puett, president of Maid Brigade. “He represents the Maid Brigade brand with excellence at every level and sets the bar for other up and coming franchisees.”

Maid Brigade of the South Bay of LA has been providing outstanding maid services to customers since 2010 when Dwyer’s franchise won the Maid Brigade “New Franchise of the Year” award. An active member of the Los Angeles area community, Dwyer supports local schools and Cleaning for a Reason – a non-profit organization that offers free professional housecleaning to improve the lives of women undergoing treatment for cancer.

“I am the youngest of 12 children and learned early on to work hard to get ahead and how to treat people well in the process,” says Dwyer. “My business success is a testament to the excellent team that works with me and our combined commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.”
