Fiber is important healthy digestion. Pumpkins act as an excellent force of fiber, with just one half of a cup serving containing five grams of fiber. Fiber also halps control blood sugar levels, protect the body against certain cancers and heart disease, and reduce the amount of bad cholesterol levels in our body.
