What’s On the Label?

January 29, 2009

Maid Brigade encourages our customers to buy responsibly and use responsibly when it comes to house cleaning products. Don’t be fooled by seemingly natural products and what we call “Green Washing.” House cleaning products are one of the largest contributors of toxins in the home. If the label says to keeps out of reach of children, then ask yourself if you really want it in your home.  Children are more susceptible than adults to the harmful effects of many ingredients found in common house cleaning products.  But, by law manufacturers do not have to disclose those ingredients on the package label.  Maid Brigade is Green Clean Certified which means the cleaning solutions meet the high standards set by independent groups such as Green Seal and the EPA.  Green Clean Certified means all of Maid Brigade’s products, vacuums and houe cleaning procedures are designed to reduce the impact of harmful toxins in your home.  Maid Brigade has strict standard operating procedures for all our offices across the country. We clean responsibly for the health of people, homes and environment.
