About three months ago, we began with Maid Brigade’s standard cleaning every two weeks. The teams of two (for our house, maybe it’s different for other needs) work very hard and very efficiently the whole time they’re here. Their cooperation and coordination are always exceptional; a productivity expert couldn’t organize the work better. Every team has done a good job – e.g., dusting and cleaning all surfaces, even when there are many objects on a surface. I am pleased with the consistent quality. Even with their focus on efficiency, the teams are warm and pleasant to us and to each other, always with at least one person at ease in English. They treat our modest home as if it were a mansion, and they add a small extra each time, making even neglected things gleam. It is like unwrapping a gift to walk around after they leave. And this is still a new enough experience that I constantly marvel, with gratitude: it looks great, and I didn’t have to do it myself! There are other unexpected benefits. It makes sense to have the house neat when the team arrives so that they can do their job. After a time or two when I had to deal with too many accumulations in preparation for the cleaning team, I noticed I began keeping the house neater, dealing with piles routinely. That makes home feel better every day, not just when it has the Maid Brigade shine. On timing - I call the prior afternoon and find out a 2-hour window for when the team will arrive. I am very glad we have their help. We’ve also used Maid Brigade for bigger cleaning jobs (e.g., before selling a house where my mother had lived). They have done excellent work there, too.

I have used Maid Brigade for a number of years to perform the routine cleaning of my house. They have always been courteous and clean the house to a high standard. I especially like that Maid Brigade occasionally sends a supervisor to perform an unannounced check the performance of their staff. I highly recommend Maid Brigade to anyone who desires to employ a cleaning service.

From start to finish this was the friendliest, most responsive and incredibly thorough service I have had. Not only did they find things like AirPods and a set of car keys we have believed were a lost cause and leave them where they would be seen easily They cleaned everything I had requested. I haven’t felt this relaxed in my own home in years. Going to schedule biweekly service and enjoy not worrying if someone stops by unannounced!
