Maid Brigade has been cleaning our home every 3 weeks since May 2018, and I have ZERO complaints. The team always does a great job, and I feel so comfortable having them in my home when I’m not there after years of trustworthy service. The customer service is excellent & you really feel they care about their clients. It’s such a saving grace to come home to a beautifully clean & fresh smelling house….a lifesaver for working parents!

I have had people that I know help me clean in the past but that never really worked out well for me.  The thought of having a cleaning service come in and clean was a bit stressful until I made the call to Maid Brigade and spoke to Sandra Christopher, my client care specialist.  I tried to be as open and transparent with her on my needs and she was a pleasure to work with.  Sandra made me feel comfortable and explained in detail how the Maid Brigade team works.  My cleaning team (Elsa & Flora) have been awesome and have done an absolutely fantastic job with my deep cleaning and biweekly cleaning. I would highly recommend Maid Brigade to my friends and family.

Our cleaning crew does an outstanding job!! They are prompt, hard working and very professional. Maid Brigade also sends you a text for when the team is expected to be at the house. This is very helpful in planning your day. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Maid Brigade.

We are very pleased with the cleaning service provided by Maid Brigade. They have been cleaning our home monthly for the past year. We reached out initially because of their non-toxic supplies — with two small children at home, this is important to us. The cleaning teams are always thorough and work quickly. Rosa, Celia, and Elsa did an amazing job the last time our home was cleaned!! The office staff are responsive to text messages before, during and after cleanings, letting us know when the team will arrive and leave. They are also extremely accommodating and willing to work with us as we’ve had to shuffle days /times around due to working from home. We leave during the cleanings because of the two little ones, and we trust the staff completely. The team shows up with PPE and does a wonderful job… making our lives easier. Thank you!
