Nikkie, our trusted General Manager since early 2018, is friendly, dependable, dedicated and manages every facet of our operation like a pro! Nikkie oversees and handles just about everything from employee management to field and administrative operations to customer care and always does so with a positive demeanor and results driven mindset. With her proactive approach, Nikkie is growth-oriented and committed to her and our company’s achievements. When Nikkie is not managing the office and connecting with and serving clients, she spends her personal time enjoying quality activities with her two daughters, husband, and her pup.

Nicole joined us in 2019 as our Customer Care and Sales Coordinator and is one of the welcoming voices you’ll hear when you give us a call. We’re proud to have someone on our team as reliable and committed as she is who also understands the importance of listening, always being friendly, and providing top-notch customer service! In addition to servicing new and existing clients by phone and email, she works very closely with our field staff and communicates various details with them throughout each day. With a bright smile and very kind disposition, Nicole tremendously contributes to Maid Brigade’s ability to provide quality customer care. Outside of work hours, she enjoys family time and relaxing and recharging.

Delia is our cleaning and operations specialist who ensures you receive the highest quality service every time! She started with Maid Brigade in 2014 and quickly worked her way up from Team Member to Team Supervisor and then to Field Manager in 2015. As our Field Operations Manager, Delia helps ensure all teams are fully prepared for each day, oversees training of new staff members, and upholds our cleaning standards of excellence. She is also the smiling face you may see checking team performance during your one-time or initial cleaning or periodically spot or quality inspecting during regular service visits. Her time in the field continually prepares her to best meet clients’ expectations and allows her to train our staff to do the same.
Delia, with her positive attitude, is an integral link between our field staff and our clients, and we cannot wait for you to meet her!
