Dennis and Caralyn Dwyer (Owners)
The Dwyers have owned Maid Brigade of the South Bay of Los Angeles since 2009 and spend much of their focus on client relationships and expanding service to untouched territories. Over the years, Maid Brigade of the South Bay of Los Angeles has been named the Maid Brigade "Franchisee of the Year" and also presented with the "Top Gun" award two consecutive years in a row for its impressive growth, customer satisfaction, and employee retention rates throughout the franchise organization. Additionally, the Dwyers were honored with the "Blue Angel" award in back to back years for their top performance in their territory level. The Dwyers strive to create a collaborative work environment that promotes a happy and healthy team of employees so that a positive attitude and a diligent work ethic is then applied to each and every call they take and home they service.
Marcy Kmieciak (Sales and Services Manager)
A dedicated, reliable, and loyal individual, Marcy runs the office like a pro! As our Sales and Services Manager, Marcy handles about everything from employee management to customer care and always does so with a smile. With her proactive approach, Marcy is growth-oriented and committed to her and the company’s achievements, and by doing so, she also maintains a healthy work-life balance so she can spend her days serving clients and enjoying her personal time with her family and two pups. Marcy is such an integral part of our operation and we hope you get the pleasure of speaking with her as well!
Delia Gutierrez (Field and Operations Manager)
Delia has been with Maid Brigade since 2014 and as a result of her no questions asked, can-do attitude she has moved into the role of our Field and Operations Manager and also has the responsibility of training all new field employees until they are proficient on our cleaning system. Being detail-oriented and doing things right the first time around, Delia is trusted to ensure our teams’ service is always performed to the Maid Brigade standard. We hope you get the chance to meet Delia during service because she’ll put a smile on your face upon her greeting you. Delia is a significant contributor to upholding Maid Brigade’s cleaning and customer servicing standards and we love that she spends her days with us before retreating home to enjoy time with her husband.
Karina Guerrero (Sales and Services Coordinator)
Karina is the welcoming voice you’ll hear when you call us to get an estimate. We’re proud to have someone like her on our team who understands the importance of listening, always being friendly, and offering top-notch customer service! With a bright smile and kind disposition, Karina tremendously contributes to Maid Brigade’s ability to provide quality customer care while at work. Then, during much of her free time, she enjoys contributing to the community with her passionate involvement in helping homeless and animals in need.

Maid Brigade in the Community
Maid Brigade partners with many great organizations in the local community. Some of the causes closest to our heart are:
Cleaning for a Reason: Cleaning For a Reason is a nonprofit organization partnering with maid services to offer free professional house cleanings to improve the lives of women undergoing cancer treatment.
Fur Friends is a program from Maid Brigade that benefits and acknowledges the heroes of our community that shelter, protect, and value animals by providing complimentary Green Clean Certified® cleaning to their foster care facilities.
